Let’s begin with a court filing from August 3rd of this year by former President Donald Trump’s legal team:
The filing was made in protest of a protective order that the government’s attorneys asked the court to put in place. This was because Trump had Truthed (I guess that’s what you call a post on Truth Social?) “IF YOU GO AFTER ME, I’M COMING AFTER YOU!” which, reasonably, seemed like witness intimidation.
You can tell the tweet in the filing is a screenshot because it’s missing the bottom part underneath the timestamp and view count. I imagine some Trump lackey tapping Command-Shift-5 and studiously resizing the window to avoid including the stats of this banger by the Biden team — it earned 74,000 likes and 17,000 reposts. Trump probably gets jealous when he sees Biden posting well.
